Cancellation Policy

Please select correct number of persons when booking a tour. I agree to the Terms & Conditions and I am aware that in the case of cancellation an experience, Finest Luxury Services will refund the amount paid for an experience, without any additional fees that might have incurred in the meantime. In the event of late cancellation, Finest Luxury Services will charge the full amount of an tour/trip/experience. Late cancellation is considered any cancellation less than 24 hours from the start of experience date and time, regardless of the original booking date. No-shows are charged in the full amount. If you would like to reschedule an experience, please e-mail us at info@finestluxservices.com I hereby state that all information I have provided about passengers (first and last name, valid documents etc) is truthful. I am advised to get myself introduced to laws and regulations, as well as visa regimes when booking a tour that takes me outside Croatia. In no way, will Finest Luxury Services j.d.o.o, it's employees or partners be responsible for me or the group I have booked a trip for if there are legal concerns, breaking of international laws (either on purpose or in any other way) or misinformation on visa regimes. I am also aware that during the high season or at any other time, when traveling across the Croatian boarder it is possible to have shorter or longer waiting times. Finest Luxury Services j.d.o.o, its partners or employees don’t have a possibility to influence waiting times and as a result, refunds can’t be issued for dissatisfaction for any waiting time at boarders or due to road works, accidents, constructions etc as it is unpredictable and not in any way influenced by the agency, it’s employees or partners. I accept these terms and conditions by booking the selected tour/trip/experience from Finest Luxury Services j.d.o.o.
